Ball, Wayne D.

Wayne is originally from Orangeville and has been practising law here since 1986. His areas of practice include Real Estate – Sales, Purchases and Mortgages, Business Law and Wills and Estates. Wayne works closely with clients and their other professional advisors to develop an estate plan which includes the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Joint Ownership and Powers of Attorney to implement clients’ individual needs while applying estate planning tools to minimize tax consequences. Wayne also represents and advises Estate Trustees and Beneficiaries in the administration of estates.
